The cryptocurrency era started with Bitcoin. A digital currency was created in 2008 by an unknown person using the alias Satoshi Nakamoto. Bitcoin is peer-to-peer, meaning all transactions are made directly between two parties, with no bank or other intermediary to handle them. With the expansion of a new generation of currency, more of them started to appear. Just to name a few – Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Monero, and Dash. All of them are different technologically, however, they all remain cryptocurrencies.
At the moment, by the data from various crypto tools, there are nearly as 10,000 different cryptocurrencies to this date. That’s a lot. The number is still growing, together with adaptation. This is not a surprise, the industry of online gambling stepped in as well. The Crypto Casinos have been born! At this moment, more than a few hundred online casinos accept crypto.
In this in-depth guide, Chap is going to explain everything about crypto gambling. Starting with security, and ending with where to get crypto and how to use it on crypto gambling sites. So without further ado, let’s get into this.
What Are Crypto Casinos?
The answer is very simple and straightforward. Crypto casinos are online sites that conduct gambling activity allowing to use of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and thousands more. There is nothing more to add here.
Best Crypto Casinos
Here we share the list of the best crypto casinos collected by the Casinochap team. All of them are secure, have at least one license and, of course, accept at least one cryptocurrency directly or via payment processing partners. Enjoy!
Are Crypto Casinos Legal?
This is the hardest question to answer in this article. Due to the fact that every country has its own laws and regulations, doesn’t allow giving straightforward answers. You should check the regulations of your country.
First, a lot of countries have strict regulations on gambling. That’s what you should study first. If gambling is not allowed, then clearly crypto casinos are banned too. However, gambling is still a gray zone in most regions.
But how to know if I can use crypto casino sites if gambling is totally fine where I live? You should check your local crypto regulations. In the last few years, tens of governments started to watch Bitcoin and other digital currencies with more attention. More laws and regulations are passed daily, it has become a routine to control cryptocurrency and its transactions. Chap highly advises finding out an official government’s opinion on cryptos and gambling before taking action.
Keeping everything in mind, it’s clear that there is no single answer for all. But let’s divide that a bit.
Europe is mainly okay with cryptos. There are a lot of legal exchanges, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other currency is easy to get and spend. As you may know, online gambling is not banned in most European countries as well. So putting that together, crypto gambling is mainly allowed in Europe. Of course, once again, Chap highly recommends double-checking your local laws and regulations.
New Zealand is like Canada and accepts both. Typically, New Zealand is accepted by any online casino, including the ones that accept digital currencies.
Asia – that really depends on your country. Japan is very friendly when we talk about cryptos, but it gets a little bit more complicated when we add gambling activities to consider. Still, plenty of sites accepts Japanese gamblers.
China is very strict on online gambling and it is not allowed, but cryptos are used there. However, regulations often change, so keep an eye on that.
Other Asian countries such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Bali, Indonesia are mainly okay with cryptocurrencies but have different opinions on gambling. Check your local laws!
Canada – the north country is fine with both – cryptos and online gambling. You should be fine here using crypto casino sites.
South American countries are still developing their online iGaming laws and regulations. That applies to cryptos too. It’s hard to describe the current situation there. Please check your local acts.
As you might see, cryptos are already widely accepted and not banned around the world. There are some countries where Bitcoin restrictions stay, however. Just to name a few – Egypt, Iraq, Nepal, and Tunisia. But they are strict on gambling too, and restrictions fill each other making it unusable in these regions.
Gladly, in most countries, crypto casinos are legal!
Where do Crypto Casinos work?
This question is pretty similar to legality and is quite easy to answer. At the moment, crypto casinos work in these countries or regions:
- New Zealand
- Asia (including Japan, Vietnam, India)
- African countries (including South Africa)
- South America
As before, it’s very important to remind to always follow and check your local laws and regulations. Also, please remember to check the legality of both – online gambling and cryptocurrencies. They can be different and oppose each other.
Most noteworthy, laws change often, try to stay updated.
How to Gamble Using Cryptocurrency?
Well, it is not very different from regular online gambling that we are all used to. However, some things can look a bit complicated. But Chap will explain this step-by-step.
You must have cryptocurrencies in the first place. Just go with the bigger ones, as they are usually more stable and widely accepted. By meaning big ones, we are talking about Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Monero, Solana, Dash, USDT (it is a stablecoin and always has a value of $1), and everything that can be found in the crypto tops.
If you have some, just skip to step II., well if you don’t, then let’s move forward slowly.
I. Get Crypto (How to buy cryptocurrencies?)
That really depends on where you’re based at. Different regions have different exchanges. Here are some top crypto exchanges by a region where you can easily buy some ETH, BTC, or LTC using your card or bank transfer:
- Asia – Crypto.com
- Europe – Crypto.com, Coinbase
- Canada – FTX.US, Binance.us, Crypto.com
- New Zealand – Crypto.com
- South America – Coinbase, CEX
- Africa –Yellow Card, ChainEX
(Chap keeps an eye on the news and will add more exchanges from time to time)
All these exchanges have smartphone applications for faster usage. Use that! It’s like a bank sitting in your pocket. Convenience at its best.
By the way, most of these companies started to offer bank cards that allow easy spending wherever you go – restaurants, stores, bookings online, etc. Also, you will be able to withdraw your winnings to the crypto wallet and use the money to fill a card. How cool is that?
Just open an account at one of the exchanges and go through crypto buying procedures. It’s typically very simple and there is always support ready to help. Keep in mind that most of the exchanges will ask you to go through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before allowing you to acquire some cryptos. But it’s a one-time thing, and you’ll be allowed to buy coins whenever you want in the future.
For KYC, the users need to provide a passport or ID card, proof of address (phone bill, bank statement, others), and a working phone number.
After you have completed everything and bought your first digital tokens, you should see them in your wallet at the exchange. If you want to be truly decentralized, the funds could be sent to a 3rd party wallet such as Exodus, Samurai Wallet, Electrum, Blockchain.com Wallet. For top security, you should go with a hardware wallet. It’s a small device that connects to your computer and phone, enabling you to make transactions from a dedicated app. But when you disconnect a hard wallet from a device, it goes offline making it totally unreachable.
The most popular and reputable hardware wallets at the moment are Ledger and Trezor. They both are proven to be bulletproof and secure. You also get applications for mobile devices and desktops where you can control all your crypto wallets for different digital currencies.
If you are still uncomfortable with that, you can check some explanatory videos on YouTube. Chap managed to find a lot of easy-to-understand guides on how to use cryptocurrencies and how to make transactions.
II. Opening an Account at Crypto Casino
This one is super simple and doesn’t require any specific knowledge. To be honest, that is totally the same as opening a regular account at any other casino with regular payment options. Just use one of the crypto casinos listed here and enter your details such as email, password, phone number, or anything else the site asks.
III. Depositing The Funds
This is an important part! You do not want to lose your money, so read everything carefully.
Let Chap help you go through step-by-step:
a) Find a deposit section at the crypto gambling site. Usually, it is somewhere in the right corner or appears after clicking the wallet icon. Chap chooses Fairspin casino for this example.
b) Select the currency – Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, or any other. Chap goes with ETH.
Sometimes Ethereum casinos (or any crypto casinos) ask to enter the amount of deposit. Enter it and go further.
c) You will get a deposit address. Ours is 0x0c0bcbf673e68a5cff3dfcb962a28b3cc17e5532. Save it to the clipboard by just copying it. Usually, there is a copy button for that. Just click it, we will need it soon. Also, there you can see QR code. It works with mobile crypto wallets. In such a case, you could simply scan it with your phone and make a payment. It’s even quicker and more simple.
Bitcoin address often starts with 1Z, 1Y, 1F or other and consist of many symbols, looks like this – 1F1tAaz5x1HUXrCNLbtMDqcw6o5GNn4xqX. Also, Bitcoin address can start with bc and look a bit different. It’s because of different protocols used. However, always double check it carefully.
Ethereum address starts with 0x and looks like this – 0xc02aaa39b223fe8d0a0e5c4f27ead9083c756cc2.
Ripple address looks a bit different and starts with lower r. Here is an example of Ripple wallet address – rQhZ2RSzL7bJWMDrYEU2RVP4BRe8M4vfXS.
So every blockchain, every currency has its own format and look. But most important, you cannot send Bitcoin to Ripple’s address, or Ethereum to Bitcoin’s, or Litecoin to Ethereum’s, etc. If you do so, your money is lost, forever, unfortunately. So always double check it, a few times recommended.
(All these wallet addresses will not work for you. Don’t use any of it)
d) Now let’s go to your wallet. Chap is going to show you how to use Exodus and Binance examples. Go to the Binance wallet and select Ethereum, and click on the Withdraw link.
For Exodus, select the correct token and click Send. In this case, we need to select Ethereum.
e) Select the network. Again, it always must be the same as casinos. Ethereum uses ERC20, but Binance and any other major exchanges have safeguards that don’t allow to send crypto to another chain. Still, you must be aware and always check what you’re selecting and entering.
Exodus does not ask to select the network though.
f) Fill in the details. So, Withdraw to Address is your casino’s wallet address that you got on step C. And Withdraw amount is the amount you have chosen to deposit. Enter exactly the same as well. And click the Withdraw button.
For Exodus, just fill in all the details such as the address and the exact amount you need to send.
g) You will be asked if the details are correct, so click on Continue (buttons vary depending on the exchange). You might be asked to enter a 2-Factor Authentication code, verification code from email or SMS. Just fill in everything and click “Withdraw” once again.
And for Exodus wallet, just simply click the send button below. The money will be sent immediately!
IV. Wait for Confirmations
Bitcoin or other blockchain-based cryptocurrency needs confirmation. Depending on the crypto, it can take from a few seconds to tens of minutes. What does it mean? The transaction needs to be confirmed by validators who check the chain. After that, your deposit should be completed!
Congrats! You just made a deposit. It wasn’t so hard, right? If you find any of these steps difficult, contact casino support – it will explain and help you go through the whole process.
For advanced payment tracking, you can always use scanners and see how many confirmations are already done and how fast the transaction goes. Here are a few:
- Ethereum – etherscan.io
- Solana – solscan.io
- Ripple – xrpscan.com
- Bitcoin – blockchain.com
- Litecoin – blockchair.com
- and more…
But usually, you do not need any of these as transactions should clear within a couple of minutes. There is still a chance of blockchain disruption. That might happen because of a high number of transactions on the chain or due to technical issues. That happens sometimes. Don’t worry, your transaction isn’t lost, it just needs a little more time.
This is pretty much the same procedure. You just need to get a different cryptocurrency wallet address. This time from your wallet or exchange wallet.
I. Get Wallet Address
a) Just open your crypto wallet. Let’s say you use Exodus wallet. Just open an app and let it load fully.
If you use the exchange’s crypto wallet, just use a link on the menu that drives to the wallet (Chap will use Binance as an example).
b) Select one of the many currencies. Chap goes with Ripple for this example. Here, is how we select it on Binance.
On Exodus, select Ripple and find the button “Receive” and click it.
c) Here you see chain selection as well, make sure that it is the same as in the casino. The chains always must be the same! Otherwise, money will get lost.
So select the right chain. If you’re not sure about it, consult with support. Here we see it clearly and go with XRP because the same blockchain is used by our casino.
In Exodus, you do not have to select the chain. The wallet gets it for you automatically. The user can copy it to the clipboard, send it by email, scan it as a QR code.
In this case, just copy it to the clipboard.
II. Completing Withdrawal
You have your crypto wallet address, right? Awesome, let’s move forward.
a) Find the casino’s withdrawals part. This, of course, varies depending on your beloved online gambling site.
b) In this case, Chap played at Fairspin. It is very easy and simple to use. Just go to the withdrawals section and select the corresponding coin. This time it’s Ripple, you remember it right?
c) Now you have to enter your Ripple (XRP) wallet address, and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Put all the details very carefully. Check all the information before moving forward.
And click Withdraw or Send, or whatever means the incentive to make a transaction. That’s it!
Wait a few minutes and money should arrive at the crypto wallet you control. Congrats!
If you have any difficulties making a withdrawal, kindly reach the support of a casino you have played at. It’s going to help you with any questions that arise during the process.
Where to Play?
As we already reviewed before, not every country treats online crypto casinos the same. Some are very strict, some allow playing without any restrictions. Here are our lists of online crypto casinos divided by country. Check it and Chap hopes you’ll find the one!
Asian Crypto Casinos
Asia is big and it contains a lot of countries. However, these online crypto casinos accept players from Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and others. You will always find it inside a review of each casino.
Most noteworthy, if the casino accepts a specific country, it doesn’t fully mean that local laws are okay with that. You need to double-check it yourself. Sometimes, casinos abuse regulations and accept players from countries they shouldn’t.
Very often, these cryptocurrency casinos do not expand the list of restricted countries and select a few locations that are against both – gambling and Bitcoin.
Cryptocurrency Casinos In Germany
Crypto gambling sites have become super popular in Germany lately. Especially, after their latest updates in regulations. Fortunately, Germany is very crypto-friendly, and using such casinos here does not cause any big issues.
Huge support of cryptocurrencies does not make any issues getting or cashing Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many other popular tokens. At the moment, Germany is one of the countries which supports cryptos widely.
Crypto Casinos NZ
New Zealand likes cryptos as well as it does online gambling. That makes things easy and quick. There are lots of exchanges and online casinos that accept cryptocurrencies.
Check a list of NZ friendly crypto casinos.
Security of Cryptocurrency Casinos
This is a topic that needs to be discussed widely. Let’s start with the security of online casinos.
Nowadays, you will rarely find a site that doesn’t have an SSL certificate. Necessary thing! If you found one without SSL – run away immediately. Don’t even try to register or put your money in. What does that mean? The connection between the site and you is not encrypted. So if the attacker gets in between, he can read the data easily. That sounds awful and can lead to big losses! You could even compromise the password or other personal details.
Typically, the casinos that accept cryptocurrencies, are licensed in Curacao. There are some exceptions when the brand holds MGA or UKGC license, but not too often.
However, if the casino operates under Malta or United Kingdom laws, the list of supported countries usually is going to be very short. And probably the countries such as Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden would not appear on the list.
If you’re worrying if playing at the crypto casino site with a Curacao license is safe, you should not overdo that. Generally speaking, most of the popular brands operate under this license solely now.
All in all, the Curacao license is more than enough for a regular player. Especially, if you love using crypto casino sites.
Chap has a separate section for different licenses, so if you really want to go deeper, check the Licenses page.
Provably Fair Casinos
This term probably is not the one you’ve heard a lot about before. Mainly, this is a blockchain technology made for online gambling places. It allows the player to verify that the outcomes of games have been fair in real time.
Is it confusing? Well, let’s explain that deeper.
How Does Provably Fair Work?
- The gambling website creates a seed number which is hashed and sent to the player.
- The gambler adds his own seed.
- The bet plays out, and then the outcome is decided.
- When the bet has played out, the player receives the seed used in the bet
- The user can then verify the bet. If any interference has occurred, the hash function would not be verified, and the gambler would know something is wrong here.
Is it still unclear? Let’s solve this example by taking the Blackjack game into consideration.
- The online casino shuffles the deck in the first place. It then provides the user with a hash of the shuffle outcome.
- The player then provides a seed (randomly generated or generated by the gambler manually) that changes one of the cards or some other factor of the game that neither party is aware of.
- The cards are dealt, and the player, as a result, either loses or wins.
- The deck is laid out – as it was originally, and as it was after the user provided the seed.
- The player can verify that the hand was fair on the spot. Most noteworthy, there is no way for the casino to realistically break hashes or/and influence the seed the user provides to change a factor in the game.
Is it clearer now? Yes? Awesome.
So in general, a provably fair solution ensures a high level of credibility. Thanks to technology, there is no need for a middleman to check if everything stays fair. The player can check that himself.
On the bad side, provably fair casinos often apply low withdrawal limits. That must be checked before stepping in and making a deposit.
Furthermore, sadly there appear some fake provably fair casinos that just put a sign on the bottom of a page. You should check that very carefully! Fortunately, Chap does the job for you and only shares reliable sources.
Besides the security of crypto gambling sites, there are concerns about the security of exchanges and crypto wallets themselves. Firstly, let’s talk about exchanges. You probably have heard a lot of news about Bitcoin or Ethereum being stolen from an exchange. Well, yes, that happened a few times and will happen in the future. However, big and credible exchanges always invest in their security.
Furthermore, the losses are compensated by the exchange, most of the time.
If you have a crypto wallet on your device (ex. Exodus), only you’re responsible for the security. The device should be clean from viruses, and do not open strange-looking emails and attachments. Most importantly, do not store passwords or backup phrases on a text file or cloud. It is easy to steal it.
As mentioned before, hardware wallets are the safest option for storing digital currencies without losing convenience. If you have a lot of cryptos and use it often, Chap highly recommends getting one. It will save you a lot of nerves in time.
Other Security Technologies
Whether it’s crypto or a regular casino, they must follow many security guidelines and implement the highest level of security features. And happily, most provably fair casinos take it very seriously. The info is encrypted, there extra anti-bot protection, etc. That’s very important that the casino wouldn’t be affected by 3rd parties as this can make the whole game rigged.
Casinos frequently use independent audits that check for bugs and test security. Usually, such certificates are shared at the bottom of a casino website. Look for them. This adds extra credibility.
How to Stay Safe When Using Cryptocurrency Gambling Sites?
Chap has prepared a few very good tips to keep you safe and sound.
Do Not Open Phishing Scams
Scammers send a lot of fake emails trying to make you click on the link inside, or just open an attachment. Also, they regularly create fake websites imitating a real casino site where you put your email and password. The details are immediately used to log in to your real casino account and funds are taken out. With crypto, it is hard to track what the final benefit gainer is.
Use Strong Password
Always make a strong and secure password. Do not use something like “password123” or “qwerty1”. That can be easily hacked by using various techniques. A strong password is considered when made out of numbers, capital and lower letters, and special symbols. For example – GooD!pass1?. The longer the better.
Also, do not use the same password on a few accounts. It is best to use one unique password per account.
If you struggle to remember all the passwords, you can use 3rd party software for managing passwords.
Crypto Casino Games
Probably the most important thing when we talk about online casinos. Games – the main engine of gambling. There are a lot of various versions, providers, types, etc. And we all want to get the best gambling experience possible. We can agree – without high-quality games, there is no purpose to playing online.
Fortunately, even if this is a crypto casino, it has a lot to offer. It is no different than other places you’ve used to play. But let’s divide the details into more pieces.
Crypto Casino Slots
Slots are the most popular way to gamble online. To this day, Chap has counted many thousands of various games. They all are different in so many ways that is hard to describe it by using just a few words.
Crypto casino sites have all the most popular games that come from top-notch iGaming software providers. Just to name a few 1×2 Gaming, Elk Studios, Habanero, Endorphina, Red Tiger, and tens more.
Even very needy players should find something to play. Hundreds, thousands of games are available 24/7, on both – desktop or mobile. No need to mention the titles of games, because Chap was able to find all his favorites – Book of Deads, Reactoonz, Starburst, Fat Rabbit, etc.
Live Casino Games
Lately, this category of games has become super popular. Well, this is natural – it brings the experience nearest to the real-life casino experience. And here we find providers like BetGames TV, Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution Live, TVBet. Everything from Roullette to Monopoly Live is available at such casinos.
This is a new term to your arsenal as an online gambler. These are small games that are easy to learn and do not take a lot of time. It includes Dice, Plinko, Keno, Magic Wheel, and many others. Some might be a bit more complicated than dice, however, really easy to play. The best part, they all work on smartphones, therefore can be easily accessed wherever you go.
One of the top providers – Spribe, offers lots of mini-games and is usually discovered on many top online crypto casinos. You should give it a try! Who knows, maybe you’ll never go back to big and complicated casino games.
The term still isn’t familiar to many gamblers online, however, it gains more attention every day. That’s a new category of games – very quick and simple. Also, they allow taking the profit during the game. Yes, it does! You can close your bet before the plane, zeppelin or rocket crashes. It’s super entertaining. And gladly, BTC casinos (many other crypto tokens are usually available as well) offer these games for your good time.
Chap was very glad to find the Aviator casino game available at most cryptocurrency casinos.
This category also falls under the Mini-Games section at many casinos.
Crypto Sports Betting
No need to explain this. But very important to mention that most crypto gambling sites have this feature available as well. You can easily move your funds around – from casino to sports betting and vice versa. Did you notice a good bet on Saturday’s game? Well, not an issue and within a few clicks, you can transfer part of your winnings to the betting section and place a bet. Or maybe you are a punter. That’s even better to have a full arsenal under one account.
Didn’t find anything good on the table? Well, you can try virtual sports. They can be so exciting too.
Other Games and Jackpots
Besides all these goodies, cryptocurrency gambling sites provide players with another type of game. You can find table games, virtual sports, jackpots, megaways, and anything you have seen on the most popular and the biggest traditional online casino websites. Cryptocurrency casinos have no limits!
Additionally, all the sites listed here always develop and expand. Chap sees a lot of new titles daily. To be honest, Ethereum casinos implement more innovations and open more doors. They’re technologically more advanced. They are not afraid to try new things, so players find fresh games faster. Especially now, when the market brings new iGaming providers. New games and variations appear daily and such casinos bring them to wide audiences.
Crypto Casino Bonuses
Bonuses – an integral part of any online casino, including online crypto casinos. Delightfully, there are a lot of various bonuses and promotions here.
Chap was able to find welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and lots of tournaments. Moreover, you’ll find seasonal promotions for Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, and a lot more.
Most noteworthy, crypto casino sites are more generous and reward bigger welcome bonuses when compared to typical online gambling sites. Sometimes players can receive as much as 5 BTC in bonuses, which is a lot nowadays (at the moment this guide is being written, one Bitcoin costs around $44,000, yes, a welcome bonus can go as high as few hundred thousand dollars). Probably that’s the biggest bonus you can find at the moment.
On the other hand, always remember that a huge bonus results in a big wagering amount.
Good thing, cryptocurrency gambling websites have loyalty programs for most loyal players. Often also called VIP programs. What does that mean? The user gets various rewards for playing at an online casino.
Regularly, it’s a money bonus. Also, these can be gifts like phones, tablets, some promo material like jumpers, hoodies, etc. Also, that can be tickets to events, sports games, and many more.
For many, cryptocurrencies are still a mystery. Don’t worry, that is totally normal. Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptos aren’t so popular that you’ve missed something. You still have time to step in and adopt this awesome technology.
It’s becoming easier to use every day as the adoption expands.
Withdrawal and Deposit Times
They are fast! Usually, transactions take 10-20 minutes or are even processed instantly. On the other hand, that really depends on the blockchain. While Bitcoin is a little bit slower than others, Ethereum takes like 1-2 minutes.
The withdrawal time depends on the casino. Some are very quick and approve requests in minutes, others might be slower. So keep that in mind, the speed depends not on the crypto solely but on a financial team of a casino too.
That really depends on the casino. As there are tens of them, they all have different terms and supported digital currencies. However, let Chap expand the information a little bit and tell you more.
This is the father of cryptos, so all casinos that accept cryptocurrencies support Bitcoin. No exceptions here.
Second most popular currency. You should find it at all crypto-based casinos as well. And it is much quicker than Bitcoin. However, sometimes its blockchain gets overloaded and transactions are a bit pricy.
Its support is a little more limited, however, Litecoin is quick and cheap to use. Transactions get validated within seconds most of the time.
Also, fast and cheap to use. On the other hand, Ripple is not offered by all casinos yet. You’ll find some, of course.
The coin is highly beloved by Elon Musk. It was created as a joke but grew to one of the top 20 cryptocurrencies. Adoption is quite high and the transactions are cheap and quick.
Some casinos accept Monero which is secure and more anonymous than others. Transactions go fast and with low costs.
Theter USD is a stablecoin. What does that mean? Well, its value is always $1. It uses the Ethereum blockchain – ERC20. Good option if you do not want to see crazy crypto volatility.
The currency skyrocketed during 2020-2021. Adoption is getting wider, and costs do not take more than $0.5 per transaction. Moreover, payments get processed in a blink of an eye. It takes no more than a few seconds.
Well, not much to discuss here. Most of the casinos listed here have 24/7 support. It means you can find help daily, from very early morning to the latest night.
Furthermore, casinos offer various ways of reaching the customer service team – email, by opening a support ticket or by live chat. Chap wasn’t able to find casinos offering phone support, however.
Cryptocurrency online casinos are the new way to gamble online. It’s more innovative and engaging. They have lots of games from solid and reliable iGaming providers. Online crypto casinos are no different from your typical online gambling sites.
Also, bonuses are huge! High rollers and bonus hunters will be satisfied here. In addition, there are more untraditional promotions often.
The list of cons Chap has found is not so long. But let’s spill that out.
The main deal-breaker is licensing – probably all cryptocurrency-based casinos only hold licenses from Curacao. Yes, it is not as trusted as MGA or UKGC. This means the player has to evaluate the risks himself.
Furthermore, the regulations arise not from the gambling laws solely, but involves the cryptocurrency environment in the country the player is from as well. So sometimes, that can close a door.
Finally, some people still do not trust Bitcoin, Ethereum, you name it. Adoption must go on and a level of support isn’t satisfying yet, especially when compared to Visa or other cards, Paysafecard, Ecopayz, and other super popular payment methods. On the other hand, the growth we saw within the last two to three years is mindblowing.
